As we receive, retain, and release God’s Word this year with our new theme, we will shine brightly in this world as God’s light givers. The radiant truths in this issue can help us turn up the light even brighter in our lives!
Katie Dorr enlightens us with clear standards and principles from the seven Church Epistles for “Building Godly Relationships.” In “Holy Men of God: The Writers of the Four Gospels,” Rev. John Niesz answers three questions: Who were Matthew, Mark, Luke, and John? What is the focus of each of the Gospels? And why did God inspire four different writers to set forth the account of His Son’s life and ministry? In “The Original Word of God Was Perfect,” Barbara Zona explains how errors crept into certain scriptures and how we can get back to God’s original intent and heart.
In the series With God All Things Are Possible, Jonathan Stiles documents our mighty God’s unfailing ability to fulfill His promises as shown in His “Preserving the Christ Line.” Debbie Binkley explains in Manners and Customs of the Bible that “The Threshing Floor” was not only a vital aspect of the harvest in Bible times, but it also carried a special significance beyond the harvest. The Children’s Activities pages provide fun activities for building truths of God’s Word in the hearts of the young and the young at heart.
In this issue we also find a map of the 2020–2021 Regions in The Way of the U.S.A., along with photographs of the Region coordinators and their wives for our prayers and believing together. Moving God’s Word with one heart and one mind brings effective spiritual results in all our nations throughout the world!
The Prevailing Word Report highlights the seventy-eighth anniversary of our ministry! Also featured are the worldwide Fellowship Coordinator Trainings being held in English, French, and Spanish.
We have so much to offer people as we shine as lights in the world (Philippians 2:15 and 16), and together we shine brighter than we could alone! Let’s reach out together with the light of God’s Word so that the light of the glory of God in us dispels darkness wherever we go.
